We value the use of sound, practical methodologies that have a track record of success. We believe in working in systematic and structured ways. However we do not value bureaucracy and inflexibility, and will always customise our methodologies as appropriate for each client.

We will tell you if we do not have the skills to carry out a job, and will not attempt to sell you solutions that you don't need. If we feel that we are not adding value during an assignment, we will tell you. We will not place people on contracts where they are not needed.
